"And when I look back over the last few details of the evening, it's probably fair to say that today's kitchen performance seems more ambitious than in 2021. Whether this is down to Benedetto Russo, who exudes youthful ambition, is of course pure speculation. But I can certainly understand the upgrades in one or two restaurant guides.
