Simplicity and seasonality: René Stein cooks with star chef Taz Sarhane from London

An "exclusive culinary collaboration" with Michelin-starred chef Taz Sarhane from London's Cycene, organised by N25 Caviar (Hermes Gehnen): "Taz and René are firm believers in simplicity and seasonality. They both value quality ingredients and maximising flavour through their unique techniques. We are very much looking forward to the meeting of these two chefs from different countries."
The evening begins with a friendly reception where guests are greeted with drinks and messages from the chefs. Shortly after, guests will gather around the beautiful limestone kitchen table for a caviar masterclass led by N25 founder Hermes Gehnen, who will provide insights into the intricate craftsmanship and careful selection process of one of the world's most coveted caviars.
This will be followed by a bespoke tasting menu where the creative energy of Cycene and Tisane restaurants meets the precision and elegance of N25 caviar. Look forward to subtle yet bold, imaginative combinations and a story told through the ingredients, with four different types of caviar seamlessly woven into the experience.
The event celebrates craftsmanship, connection and a shared desire to push culinary boundaries. Cycene is known for its immersive, sensual cuisine and Tisane for its bold and thoughtful approach to modern cooking.

Menu incl. caviar masterclass, aperitif, water, wine accompaniment & coffee: 450.00 EUR/person
