"That was a lot of fun again. What comes out of Enrico Sablotny's kitchen continues to be highly original, cleverly combined and superbly crafted. It all has a very unique signature. The vegetarian dishes are particularly impressive here, so it's no surprise that the "Pottkind" traditionally only serves a vegetarian menu during Lent. The communication with the chefs and the service at the counter, still the most exciting place for me, is also a pleasure. What's more, I'm always amazed to see how perfectly prepared, focused and smooth the kitchen is, even in such a small space. The fact that the restaurant is fully booked on a Wednesday evening speaks for itself. The star, which has been shining here since 2021, is certainly a rock solid one." (Published in March 2025)
