Restaurant review
Rutz, Berlin
"Executive chef Marco Müller and his head chef Dennis Quetsch focus on regionality and sustainability in a way that I have never experienced in any other three-star restaurant in Germany. Three Michelin stars are not just about precise craftsmanship, exceptional products and the way they are presented, but also about the chef's philosophy. This is precisely where Marco Müller's cuisine excels - his style is clear, bold, creative and exciting. The highly complex courses are not as accessible as in classic French cuisine, so you should be prepared to get to grips with this style of cooking. With this concept, Rutz has a unique selling point among all three-star restaurants in Germany. The service was in no way inferior - restaurant manager Falco Mühlichen and his attentive team were charming and relaxed throughout the evening, without lacking the necessary professionalism."
