Restaurant review
Tim Raue, Berlin
"Tim Raue's cuisine is known for not skimping on sweetness, acidity and spiciness. All the dishes have a clear punch - it's really fun to eat them. Even though there is precise work and precision in the background, the soul food character that is usually found in dishes that - as I have already written - are cooked from the gut is particularly noticeable. This is certainly what makes the dishes so accessible and understandable. Overall, it was an evening that was fun and enjoyable all round and where everything was just right. From the cuisine to the selection of drinks, the relaxed service and the pleasant atmosphere at the table." (Published in February 2025)
