New restaurant manager at the Esplanade
SAARBRÜCKEN. Vanessa Herrmann is the new hostess at the two-star restaurant Esplanade. She previously worked as deputy restaurant manager at the three-star restaurant Schanz in Piesport. It is a return to the Esplanade for her, as she already worked there as Chef de Rang from 2021 to 2023.
Vanessa Herrmann's other stations include the L.A. Jordan in the Ketschauer Hof in Deidesheim, where she also completed her training as a hotel specialist with the additional qualification "Management". In addition to the Black Forest Resort Dollenberg, she has also worked abroad. From 2016 to 2017, she worked at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in London and from 2023 to 2024 at Auberge Saint Walfrid Hôtel Restaurant & Spa in Sarreguemines.
