This autumn, the Tantris Maison Culinaire is inviting guests to a special series of culinary encounters under the motto "Tantris & Friends" as part of the Four Hands Dinner. From September, top international chefs and friends of the legendary restaurant will be making guest appearances in Munich and creating unique culinary experiences together with head chef Benjamin Chmura , combining the signatures of both cuisines.
The series will culminate on 2 December with a dinner with Christian Bau, three-star chef at Victor's Fine Dining , which will also take place in the Tantris restaurant. At the end of the year, a dinner will be created that celebrates the cuisine of fish, seafood and vegetables with the greatest passion, thus combining the passion, emotion and precision of both chefs - an exclusive end-of-year dinner.
