Restaurant review
The Bloemenbeek, De Lutte
Forum
"An elegant and cosy restaurant, indirect lighting (which unfortunately also reduced the quality of the photos - see above), extremely cordial service, which was also incredibly child-friendly, and a very cleverly composed wine pairing, whose wines were an excellent match for the individual dishes. The attentive reader will have noticed that I have so far omitted the cuisine, which is because it was (unfortunately) the weakest link in this otherwise very successful overall performance. The kitchen's overall performance was certainly respectable, but I would classify it slightly below the level currently attested by the two guides mentioned above, i.e. with a rather weak star and 15 Gault Millau points." Restaurant review
Bareiss, Baiersbronn
"The Bareiss restaurant is no longer an old-fashioned gourmet temple, but a top-class restaurant that has embraced the spirit of the times"
