"The 100/200 Kitchen not only offers an innovative culinary concept, but also a genuine experience. However, guests should be prepared to trust the philosophy. Then you can enjoy exceptional cuisine with sometimes unconventional compositions, prepared with first-class products and intense flavours. With the exception of one dessert, the menu was clearly on a two-star level, although I would even award three stars for the "love bone". The service was casual without lacking the necessary professionalism. Thomas Imbusch and Sophie Lehmann consistently do things differently, and that deserves a lot of respect."
