DÜSSELDORF The opening date for La Vie by Thomas Bühner on the Metro Campus is 2 May. As Thomas Bühner announces in its newsletter, it will initially be open from Wednesday to Saturday evenings. There are also plans to open for lunch on Fridays and Sundays. "Two years of planning and six months of construction are behind us. After a month of intensive preparation, we are now particularly looking forward to welcoming you, our guests," writes Thomas Bühner.
As previously announced, hostess Antonia Winkler is responsible for the service and sommelier Thilo Kownatzki for the drinks selection. Timo Fritsche, who worked with Thomas Bühner for many years at La Vie in Osnabrück, will be in charge of the kitchen. The menu aims to combine the best of two worlds. There will be classics from the La Vie kitchen and new dishes with a modern interpretation and Asian inspiration. A vegan menu and an à la carte selection are also planned.
The restaurant "LA VIE by thomas bühner" is located at Schlüterstraße 1 in 40235 Düsseldorf-Flingern.
