Timo Steubing leaves the Michelin-starred restaurant in Miami

MIAMI. The Michelin-starred restaurant Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt is getting a new head chef, who will take over from Timo Steubing. Steubing had managed the kitchen on site for two and a half years. A successor has already been found, said Tristian Brandt when asked by Restaurant-Ranglisten.de. Tristan Brandt is the patron of the restaurant. He is in Miami several times a year and sets the basic line of the menus, which are then implemented and further developed by the chef on site, comparable to a coach, is how Tristan Brandt describes his role.

Timo Steubing explained in a statement that the time was right for him to embark on a new career path. When asked, he said that he had taken on full responsibility for menu development, team management and day-to-day operations, mainly independently in the Tambourine Room.
