New brasserie in SO/ Berlin Das Stue

Berlin

French classics in a cosy brasserie atmosphere

BERLIN: A new restaurant, Carte Blanche, is opening at the SO/ Berlin Das Stue hotel, offering authentic French cuisine in a cosy, brasserie-style atmosphere. With this new culinary offering, the hotel is sending out a strong signal for its gastronomic vision and combining tradition with modern flair. Hotel Director Zeèv Rosenberg explains the opening: "With the Carte Blanche restaurant, we are realising a vision that has grown from my many years of experience in the hotel industry, among other things: the combination of down-to-earth French cuisine with fine elegance. It has always been my goal to harmonise enjoyment and atmosphere - without frills, but always stylish and with attention to detail."

Under the direction of head chef Andreas Schatzschneider, Carte Blanche now presents a selection of dishes that reflect the tradition of French cuisine. The menu includes classics such as grilled entrecôte, truffle pasta and the famous crème brûlée. "Every dish is prepared with the utmost precision and quality. With my passion for French cuisine, I combine traditional recipes with modern accents to bring French cuisine to life," explains Andreas Schatzschneider.

But it's not just the culinary delights that inspire at Carte Blanche. Restaurant Manager Adnan Cetin, who previously worked at the Regent Berlin for many years, ensures that every visit - whether for a business lunch or dinner with friends - is an unforgettable experience. "The concept of the restaurant is based on the idea of freedom - the name Carte Blanche stands for the opportunity to enjoy high-quality, uncomplicated dishes in a relaxed atmosphere," says Adnan Cetin. The restaurant not only offers a culinary delight, but also a visual experience. From now on, the staff will be wearing stylish uniforms inspired by Brittany - a tribute to French tradition and the maritime charm of the region. Photographs of French icons such as Romy Schneider and Serge Gainsbourg hang on the walls. With Carte Blanche, SO/ Berlin Das Stue sets a new standard for French gastronomy in Berlin - authentic, elegant and full of passion.
