Austria's "Gault Millau Pastry Chef of the Year 2022" is known for her elegant, elaborate and often visually stunning desserts. Creations that are sometimes served in two courses and play with textures and temperatures. After working in Austria and France and a creative job developing recipes and production processes at the Joseph Brot bakery, the Viennese-born chef has returned home to top gastronomy. With Landhaus Bacher as one of the flagships of Austrian gastronomy, she has now found a worthy stage at Thomas Dorfer for her extraordinary desserts, which are simply much more than "just" desserts.
