"All due respect, it was a quantum leap in culinary terms that we were able to experience here on this Friday evening in November compared to our visit a few years ago. We felt that the kitchen's performance was far superior in all respects, be it in terms of the composition of the dishes, the cooking points, the sauces, the quality of the products, etc. The cuisine was impeccable in every respect. The cuisine here was impeccably crafted, thoroughly classic French product cuisine of the highest quality, the individual components of which were excellently flavoured and which really invited you to indulge. Leaning back and savouring without having to ponder the (supposed) philosophical superstructure of cerebral creations was the overriding motto of the evening." (Published in January 2025)
