"My second visit to Cheval Blanc confirmed once again that French haute cuisine par excellence is on offer here. Peter Knogl's creations, complemented by Mediterranean and Asian influences, are stylish and full of flavourful sophistication. His philosophy is based on the fact that his dishes consist mainly of produce and sauce - that's all that's really needed when the quality on the plate is so outstanding. There is no doubt about it: Peter Knogl is one of the best chefs in the world. The service team under restaurant manager Giuseppe Giliberti was charming, cosmopolitan and absolutely professional."
