VOGTSBURG: The Michelin-starred restaurant Schwarzer Adler in Oberbergen has a new restaurant manager. The restaurant has announced that Josef Dvorak, a sommelier of many years' standing, will also be taking on this role. The previous head sommelier Melanie Wagner is taking maternity leave.
Josef Dvorak has been part of the Schwarzer Adler team for five years and was previously responsible for the wine list. In future, he will be supported in the sommelier team by Peter Reutlinger and Caspar von Haugwitz, according to the press release.
