"A good place for steaks, home-made chips, tasty salads, good sauces and starters and delicious sourdough bread. Very impressive is the interaction with the service if you speak French - suddenly you are treated like a regular for 30 years, several wines are brought to try, clear recommendations are talked through the menu, even the chef shouts his opinions and recommendations over the pass - "for you I can sear the entrecote hotter if you like". A very good neighbourhood restaurant and eatery, which I have now visited twice with enthusiasm when I was in the mood for an unpretentious steak and side dishes." (Published in December 2024)

“My highlights were the pasta dish and the dessert. Some of the dishes had a temperature issue (i.e. they were too cold).
