Restaurant review

"Japanese purism and product focus, Italian and Spanish elements combine to create a cosmopolitan cuisine"

"A thoroughly stimulating menu that is dedicated to fusion cuisine: Japanese purism and a focus on produce, Italian and Spanish elements combine to create a cosmopolitan cuisine that lightens up the culinary scene in San Sebastián. The fact that the menu becomes rather conventional in the middle section - and for me also loses a lot of its excitement - is balanced out by the overall atmosphere and the high quality level of the menu start, as well as the desserts. The desserts in particular are world-class. Presented in a consistently modern way, all preparations are flavourful and stimulating. Right to the end, the menu impresses with a high fun factor and good - and in places outstanding - quality." (Published in December 2024)
