"I'm flashed at first. There are a lot of flavour impressions that assail me here. Strong flavours dominate. Flavour combinations that I am not familiar with. However, due to the small size of the menu, the impressions quickly pass me by. Everything merges into an overall picture of creativity. But details also fade very quickly - so I wonder whether the dishes and the concept will leave as strong an impression on a second visit as they did after this evening. I definitely experienced a cuisine here that shows what you can expect from three stars: its own signature." (Published in December 2024)
