Sommelier says goodbye to Martin Fauster's restaurant

FREIBURG IM BREISGAU. The previous sommelier at the Wolfshöhle, Christian Mittermair, is leaving the Michelin-starred restaurant. Operator and head chef Martin Fauster has announced that he will be taking a new direction from May. "Christian Mittermair has been an important part of our team from the very beginning. We wish him all the best and thank him from the bottom of our hearts for his great support!" says Fauster.

Mittermair, who comes from South Tyrol, previously worked in the restaurants Schwarzer Adler (Vogtsburg-Oberbergen), Atelier im Bayerischen Hof (Munich) and Plantitscherhof (Merano/South Tyrol).
