"Even if you take into account that perhaps somewhat simpler ingredients and perhaps also preparations were chosen for this special menu, this was still a more than convincing menu that definitely confirms the ratings. Servais Tielman's cuisine skilfully alternates between creativity and classic basics, is original and places great importance on appearance without neglecting flavour. The service is in keeping with the restaurant's standards. With a great deal of charm and almost always in German, guests are made to feel at home. As Maastricht is one of the most beautiful cities that we can reach relatively quickly, it shouldn't be another nine years before our next visit." (Published in December 2024)
