NUREMBERG: ZweiSinn Meiers has been a firm favourite on the fine dining scene in Nuremberg since 2016. Now star chef Stefan Meier and host couple Stephan and Michael Resch are starting a new chapter: an exclusive culinary experience that creatively combines regionality, careful use of resources and international flavours. The new menu impressively demonstrates how "less is more" becomes a holistic fine dining experience. A deliberately reduced offering creates space to enjoy an exclusive menu in a pleasant time frame - without sacrificing depth or sophistication. ZweiSinn Meiers focuses on a cuisine that treats resources with respect, cooperates closely with local producers and at the same time integrates international influences in a creative way. This philosophy characterises every dish and is reflected in the new menus. The new direction includes the VegetableSense menu, which reinterprets plant-based cuisine with creativity and sophistication - for example through combinations such as smoked cottage cheese with kohlrabi and dill or aubergine with black salsify, salty orange and miso.

The EntdeckungsSinn menu combines regionality with international accents in exciting creations, such as pumpkin with sea buckthorn and saffron or saddle of venison of regional origin. The result is a symbiosis of traditional cookery and modern lightness. Special attention is also paid to the versatility of the preparation. Ingredients such as skrei and venison are used in both fine dining and the bistro and interpreted in different ways to offer maximum enjoyment in both concepts.
