Lukas Jakobi's second restaurant

Düsseldorf, Nordrhein-Westfalen

Gastrobar in the former Michelin-starred restaurant Dr Kosch

DÜSSELDORF. The premises of the former Michelin-starred restaurant Dr.Kosch have been transformed into a gastrobar: Ross & Reiter opened back in November. Behind the project are Michelin-starred chef Lukas Jakobi, who opened Zwanzig23 in autumn 2023, and Sebastian Staudinger, who runs Staudis in the city. According to their self-presentation, both have designed the restaurant in such a way that they would like to visit it in their free time.

Ross & Reiter serves creative, seasonal cuisine prepared by chefs with experience in trendy gastronomy. Many dishes are designed to be shared. The wine selection combines international classics and insider tips. Sustainability is another centrepiece of the concept. This includes working with regional producers, organic food and animal welfare.

In terms of atmosphere, guests can expect an open kitchen, making it easy for them to experience the passion for culinary delights. The ambience should be suitable for social gatherings, romantic evenings and business events.
