"In general, this was a menu that surprised us in a very pleasant way - perhaps above all because it swims completely against the zeitgeist in its classic orientation. Classic here certainly doesn't mean boring, but thoroughly modern and with the courage to create bold combinations. Timo Reichelt's cuisine is fun, as is the attentive and ever-present service. The wine list offers many options with a focus on France and much of it at a very fair price. So plenty of reasons to come back the next time we're in Maastricht." (Published in December 2024)
