Almost all guides are now constantly publishing new restaurant reviews. We therefore regularly update our restaurant rankings for Germany. Which restaurants have improved or deteriorated in which guide from 31 December 2024 to 4 February 2025? Here is an overview, sorted by guide and location. In total, we have recorded 108 upgrades, 40 downgrades and 147 new or reinstated restaurants in the ranking.

Please note: The ranking is based on an automated comparison of our databases on the days mentioned above. The ratings are largely recorded manually. Corrections and additions from previous months may also appear here, or there may be missing ratings that were only published after our review of a guide over the past few weeks.
