"The cuisine itself was well-crafted that evening, but rather simple in concept. Of course, this fits in with the bistro/brasserie concept, but at one point or another I would have liked a little more sophistication, such as with the scamorza starter or the dessert. The fact that we had main courses without classic sauces may have been due to our choice of food, but I could have imagined at least one for the tongue.
