VAE, The World's 50 Best Restaurants

Award presented for the region for the first time

Award for exemplary service

Ossiano, the gourmet restaurant at Atlantis, The Palm, in Dubai, UAE, has been honoured with the prestigious Art of Hospitality Award as part of the 50 Best Restaurants in the Middle East and North Africa 2025. The Ossiano team will receive the award at the fourth edition of the 50 Best Restaurants in the MENA region. The award ceremony will take place on 28 January 2025 in Abu Dhabi. The award honours restaurants that stand out for their exemplary service and unforgettable culinary experiences. Winners are selected by more than 250 independent industry experts and foodies across the MENA region.

Ossiano is recognised as one of Dubai's most distinctive culinary destinations, offering a culinary experience that seamlessly blends artistry and hospitality in an underwater setting. Set against the backdrop of a giant aquarium, diners are immersed in a mesmerising world where marine life, from stingrays to sharks, glide gracefully past their tables, enhancing the sensory journey beyond the plate.

Ossiano's acclaim is rooted in his dedication to combining storytelling with exceptional cooking techniques and the finest ingredients. The restaurant creates a menu that invites diners on a 'culinary journey' where each course flows effortlessly into the next, creating a truly immersive experience that goes beyond conventional dining.

At the centre of Ossiano's identity is a commitment to meticulous attention to detail and personalised service. From the moment guests arrive, the team ensures that every aspect of the experience is carefully tailored to their preferences. This dedication to excellence, coupled with sea-inspired gastronomy and a storytelling concept, has cemented Ossiano's reputation as a beacon of hospitality and innovation in the region. The menu features outstanding creations such as mojama with beef cecina, piquillo, olives and tomatoes, langoustine (Puerto Rico) with passion fruit and jalapeño, and kokotxas with cod, black sauce and crystal caviar.

The Art of Hospitality Award recognises Ossiano's ability to elevate service to an art form and create meaningful connections with guests that turn dining into an emotional journey. Through a relentless focus on creating unique experiences, Ossiano ensures that its guests return time and time again. William Drew, Director of Content for the 50 Best Restaurants in the Middle East and North Africa, says: "We are delighted to name Ossiano as the winner of the Art of Hospitality Award. This achievement highlights the entire team's outstanding ability to create exceptional guest experiences and is testament to their relentless pursuit of excellence."

Guillaume Barray, General Manager of Ossiano, says: "We are very proud and honoured to receive this special award. It is a true testament to the tireless hard work that the entire Ossiano team has put into our guest experience. We pride ourselves on genuine hospitality and service coupled with an unforgettable and authentic dining experience. So being recognised for this award is a dream come true for us.
