"An outstanding menu of excellent cuisine. The individual courses were elaborately composed with beautiful plate aesthetics and finely balanced. The complex flavours paired with Mediterranean and Asian lightness were always clear and present. Tohru Nakamura attaches great importance to sauces, so we think it's a shame that bread is no longer served. The timing between the individual courses was perfect and we have nothing but positive things to say about the service from restaurant manager Alexander Will and sommelier Christian Rainer - charming, knowledgeable, confident."
