"Even if Essigbrätlein is not a new star in the culinary sky after all these years, it was probably one of the most extraordinary and impressive evenings I've had recently. The cooking here is done with a great deal of creativity and enthusiasm, which is particularly noticeable when Yves Ollech serves the dishes. All in all, the restaurant was worth the trip for me that evening." (Published in October 2024)
