"Even if Essigbrätlein is not a new star in the culinary sky after all these years, it was probably one of the most extraordinary and impressive evenings I've had recently. The cooking here is done with a great deal of creativity and enthusiasm, which is particularly noticeable when Yves Ollech serves the dishes.
