Restaurant review

Rebers Pflug, Schwäbisch Hall

Baden-Württemberg, Schwäbisch Hall, Forum

"You eat well at Reber, but you also have to realise that one or two things could be done better."

"Hans-Harald Reber has been cooking for many years at a level that the Michelin continues to honour with a star. If, like us, you haven't been there for a while, you realise that although Reber remains true to his classic menu structure, from which you can choose three to six courses, he certainly follows the spirit of the times in the way he prepares his dishes and the list of ingredients. It all seems very routine, but not necessarily ambitious, in order to get more out of the kitchen's potential. You eat well at Reber, but you also have to realise that one or two things could be done better." (Published in October 2024)
