Laesâ starts in February

STUTTGART: The opening date for the Laesâ restaurant has been set following extensive planning and remodelling work.

Laesâ in Stuttgart on Wilhelmsplatz will open its doors on 21 February 2025. By the middle of this year, the team had already introduced itself in the pop-up Laesâ in the city. The restaurant is now open in the premises of the former Murrhardter Hof. Reservations can be made immediately at www.laesa.de. Opening hours are from Thursday to Sunday from 18:30.

Under the motto of soul dining, the evening service offers a six-course menu for 165 euros, which can be extended to eight courses. The restaurant has 28 seats. Around half of these are seated at a large table with a clear view of the open kitchen. The sommelier provides the perfect accompaniment with local and international wines as well as non-alcoholic beverages. With around 600 items, the wine list covers a range from 25 to 1,000 euros. For groups and events of up to nine people, the Separee offers the opportunity to meet in a private setting.
