ST. INGBERT. pop-up restaurant TAO, which has quickly made a name for itself with its first-class cuisine, is closing its doors on 21 December 2024. However, this is not a farewell, but the beginning of a new chapter: ATAMA will open in the listed Villa Bleu in St. Ingbert on 15 January 2025. ATAMA will kick off in the historic ambience of the restored villa, inviting guests to experience tradition and modernity in a harmonious fusion. "With ATAMA, we are creating a place that combines history and innovation - an experience that will delight all the senses," explains Martin Stopp, the creative mind and boss behind the concept.

From May 2025, ATAMA will present itself in perfect form: With a modern new building, the restaurant will complement the historic villa with an architectural contrast that also provides space for even more creative and varied cuisine. The interplay of culinary innovation, exciting architecture and timeless style makes ATAMA a special place for gourmets and lovers of fine dining.

ATAMA will combine several areas in the concept.

  • The bar area is a lively, communicative place, ideal for relaxed evenings with friends. Guests will enjoy a carefully curated selection of cocktails, complemented by a tasting menu that offers new taste experiences - In the elegant atmosphere of the gourmet area, menus are served that inspire with a harmonious combination of flavours and textures. Each dish tells a story, inspired by the passion and craftsmanship of the ATAMA kitchen team
  • At the Chef's Table, guests experience the preparation up close and get an exclusive insight into the world of top cuisine. Guests experience and interact with the kitchen team and discover the stories behind the dishes - ideal for gourmets looking for a personalised experience.
  • In the à la carte area with social table, the focus here is on flexibility and conviviality. Guests can choose individual dishes or enjoy them together in a relaxed atmosphere at the social table with up to 16 seats.

The prices for guests will remain the same, as will the menu for the senses (165 euros), the menu for the soul (195 euros) and the bar menu (115 euros) with the cocktail accompaniment that is so popular with guests.

Looking ahead to the home stretch, Martin Stopp, Managing Director of ATAMA, says: "We are looking forward with great anticipation to the opening of our new restaurant at the beginning of next year, which will not only set new culinary standards, but will also make a significant contribution to strengthening this region."
