SEESEN. Because the family-owned Hotel Görtler in Seesen is being renovated, Johannes Steingrüber and his team from Restaurant Harzfenster are moving to Braunschweig for four weeks and opening a pop-up restaurant there. In the premises of Café Fräulein Wunder, he will be offering a choice of 6- to 9-course menus from Wednesday to Saturday evenings from 10 January to 8 February 2025.
Johannes Steingrüber has worked with renowned chefs such as Sarah Henke, Andre Münch and Anton Schmaus. In 2023, he returned to his parents' family business to open his own restaurant. Johannes Steingrüber has been a member of JRE Germany since November 2024.
Tables can easily be reserved on the Harzfenster restaurant website or directly on site at Café Fräulein Wunder.
