"This is followed by two chocolates with the coffee and the conclusion that the cooking here is of a very high technical standard. It's fair to assume that the chef has already worked in one or two highly rated kitchens. Most of the flavours were also convincing, even if the sole unfortunately disappointed us a little. In addition, one or two flavours could be played out more aggressively to create more tension in the mouth. Then even higher ratings could follow. The potential is there."
