Maaemo in Oslo is Norway's best restaurant for the fourth year in a row. This was revealed by Restaurant-Ranglisten.de's evaluation of the scores of the country's most important travel guides. Esben Bang 's restaurant had already topped the rankings from 2013 to 2019, but was closed in 2020 due to relocation.

Restaurant RE-NAA in Stavanger confirms second place. The Kontrast restaurant in Oslo climbed to third place, up from seventh place in the previous year. It is also the newcomer of the year.

Four restaurants are new to the top 10. Restaurant Iris in Rosendal is represented in the ranking for the first time, achieving seventh place straight away. The restaurant is also the best newcomer of the year. Bar Amour in Oslo is also new to the ranking and achieved eighth place. The same applies to Hermetikken in Stavanger. The two restaurants share this place with the Hot Shop in Oslo, which was in 14th place last year and is in the top 10 for the first time.

This year's restaurant ranking for Norway includes 23 restaurants. That is one less than last year. The ranking is based on the scores of the Michelin Guide Nordic Countries, the 360Eatguide and the Smak Restaurantguide as well as the Elite Traveller platform. This table shows how the restaurant guides' scores are weighted.
