Alexander Winkler takes over Residenz Heinz Winkler GmbH

ASCHAU. Residenz Heinz Winkler GmbH will continue to be family-owned. This was announced with "great joy and pride" by the Alexander and Evi Winkler family. After a lengthy transition phase, the current managing director, Alexander Winkler (son of Evi and Heinz Winkler), has decided to acquire the company. According to the press release, this step ensures that the company will continue to operate. At the same time, this shows "his strong commitment to look after the well-being and enjoyment of guests in the future and to continue to run the Residenz Winkler successfully", the press release continues.

Since 1991, the Residenz Winkler has stood for award-winning culinary delights and princely residences in a unique ambience. In the Upper Bavarian town of Aschau in Chiemgau, top chef Heinz Winkler, who has since passed away, fulfilled his personal lifelong dream and made the Residenz a centre of attraction far beyond the region's borders. With the commitment of the family and the staff, this success story is now being continued. "It is very important to us to continue the successful work of recent years and at the same time set new accents. We would like to thank our guests, employees and partners for their trust and will continue to do our best to fulfil their expectations and grow successfully together in the future," explains Alexander Winkler. Residenz Winkler is looking forward to writing the next chapter in its history. With fresh vigour and a clear focus on guest orientation and quality, the company will make its contribution to the further development of the industry.
