Restaurant review
Rijnzicht, Doornenburg
Netherlands, Doornenburg, Forum
"Mike Cornelissen's cuisine is still bursting with exuberant ideas, sometimes playful, but always cleverly composed. The craftsmanship is flawless anyway. The relaxed atmosphere, to which the chefs contribute by serving and explaining the dishes, is a perfect match. Carolien Cornelissen-van der Velde, who is both the restaurant manager and sommelier, looks after the guests warmly and we appreciate the fact that she does it for our table in German all the more."
