Restaurant Passédat - Le Petit Nice, Marseille

"Gérald Passedat has dedicated himself to local fish and it is really impressive to see the variety of preparations - from raw to matured - fish and seafood presented here. For me, all the products are of reference quality. This is paired with the intense and mature flavours of the vegetables and herbs of the region. Most of the dishes are carefully composed with a unique flavour. They also all strike the right balance between creativity and the kind of restraint that lets high-quality produce speak for itself. If the service is perfect, I assume that you can have memorable evenings here. During our visit, however, the decisive percentages were lost, so that we can only speak of a medium to weak three-star experience." (Published in September 2024)
