The Berlin restaurant Rutz continues to lead the restaurant rankings for Germany in November. The three-star restaurant has an unchanged 139.8 points, which is 0.2 points more than Schwarzwaldstube in Baiersbronn, which follows in second place as in the previous month. The two had been tied at the top of the ranking since January 2024. In July 2024, the Rutz then took over the sole top position, with the Sonnora in Dreis and the Aqua in Wolfsburg following in third place with a gap of seven tenths. The update mainly takes into account new reviews that were recorded in October.

Victor's Fine Dining by Christian Bau in Perl-Nennig remains in fifth place, while JAN in Munich retains sixth place, followed by Schanz in Piesport. The Bareiss in Baiersbronn remains in eighth place. The Vendôme in Bergisch Gladbach confirms ninth place ahead of The Table in Hamburg, which completes the top 10.

There is only one change in the top 50: PURS in Andernach. As Gusto has rated it again following the change of chef to Peter Fridén, it has moved up one place and overtaken Lakeside in Hamburg. There are also no changes in the following places in the top 100. Camers Schlossrestaurant in Hohenkammer achieves a new record before it closes at the end of the year. It improves from 172nd to 159th place.

Details on the calculation method and how many ranking points the restaurant guide ratings result in can be found here.

A total of 4,596 restaurants are currently listed in the ranking, which is four more than in October. Compared to the beginning of October, 16 restaurants received a higher score or were newly included in the ranking. The Kaisersaal restaurant in Ravensburg has collected the most points in one month, with one restaurant receiving fewer points than at the beginning of October. Inclusion in the ranking list is automatic and free of charge as soon as a restaurant is rated in one of the current restaurant guides and achieves at least 30 ranking list points.

KOMU in Munich is the restaurant that has gained the most points compared to the November 2023 ranking, followed by Petit Amour in Hamburg and Macionga in Berlin.
