Netherlands: De Librije remains number 1

Niederlande, Guide, Rangliste

Tribeca is the new number 2

For the eleventh year in a row, the restaurant De Librije in Zwolle is the best in the Netherlands. This is the result of an evaluation of the country's most important restaurant guides by Restaurant-Ranglisten.de. As in the previous year, Jonnie and Thérèse Boer 's restaurant takes the top spot. Tribeca in Heeze, which came third last year, improved to second place. Third place is shared by two restaurants: Brut172 in Reijmerstok and Ciel Bleu in Amsterdam. Both restaurants were in joint fourth place last year. These restaurants overtake last year's runner-up, Inter Scaldes, which is now in fifth place. Jannis Brevet handed over the restaurant to Jeroen Achiten last year.

No new restaurant can move up into the top 10. The newcomer of the year in the ranking is Sabero in Leende, which improved from 139th to 28th place. The best newcomer to the ranking is Lutum in Wijk bij Duurstede, which achieved 117th place.

The ranking currently takes into account 166 restaurants that have achieved ratings in the Michelin Guide, Gault&Millau, the Lekker restaurant guide, the OAD ranking, the Best Chef Awards and La List. You can find out how the ratings are converted into points here.
