Austrian is head of the European Chefs' Association

Vorarlberg chef Mike P. Pansi (born 1979), President of the Austrian Chefs' Association, was unanimously elected "Continental Director Central Europe" at the World Congress of Chefs' Associations in Singapore. As the first Austrian and youngest candidate, he will represent the interests of European chefs' associations at a global level and serve on the board of WORLDCHEFS, the world's largest professional organisation for chefs. Pansi will focus on promoting education, training and professional development as well as competitions and sustainability in order to further strengthen culinary standards in Europe and worldwide.
