New gourmet brunch at Schwarzreiter
MUNICH.The Schwarzreiter Restaurant at the Grandhotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich takes brunch to a new level. The Schwarzreiter Gourmet Brunch combines fine dining with champagne, caviar and oysters. Under the direction of Head Chef Franz-Josef Unterlechner, guests can look forward to an exclusive four-course menu every Saturday.
The menu impresses with creative creations such as the "Breakfast Egg Royal" - a lukewarm egg yolk with brown butter, croutons and imperial caviar - and the "Potato Croissant" with veal tartare, smoked crème fraîche and chives. Other highlights are the lake trout with horseradish, apple and caviar and a poached Gillardeau oyster with beetroot, ginger and kombu seaweed. For the main course, guests can look forward to a tender saddle of venison with porcini mushrooms, elderberries and pepper jus. The sweet finale is a chocolate tart with salted caramel and rum cream. In addition to the exclusive menu, the brunch experience is rounded off with unlimited Ayala champagne.

The Schwarzreiter Gourmet Brunch costs 148 euros per person and includes a four-course menu, petit fours, freshly squeezed juices, coffee, tea and unlimited champagne. The brunch will take place every Saturday from 19 October 2024 from 12:30 to 15:00.
