"Modern and traditional dishes are on offer, with most of the produce coming from the region. As we learned in a conversation with a member of the service staff, Mr Schwarzenbacher wanted this concept as it meets the wishes of the customers. I chose three courses from the "Soulfood" menu and three Irish oysters from the daily special, with the matching wines." (Published in August 2024)
