Nina Mihilli leaves Schwarzwaldstube
Schwarzwald, Baden-Württemberg
BAIERSBRONN - The restaurant manager of the three-star restaurant Schwarzwaldstube at Traube Tonbach, Nina Mihilli, will be leaving the establishment at the end of October. The Schwarzwälder Bote newspaper quotes a statement from Traube Tonbach, according to which Nina Mihillii is leaving the position for personal reasons. She wants to return to her family and reorient herself.
"We would like to thank Nina Mihilli for her many years of commitment to the Schwarzwaldstube. With her host qualities, she has contributed in many ways to the success of our service and kitchen brigade led by Torsten Michel and Stéphane Gass. We wish her all the best for the future," Sebastian Finkbeiner, managing co-owner of Traube Tonbach, is quoted as saying.
According to the press release, Nina Mihilli explained: "I look back on a very enriching time and thank everyone at Traube Tonbach for the great trust they have placed in me to fulfil this special role in the team. The Schwarzwaldstube remains a place close to my heart. Personally, I'm looking forward to the next stage of my life close to my family and would first like to concentrate on an F&B management course, which I started in the summer."
Nina Mihilli has been part of the Schwatwaldstube team since 2015, initially as Demi Chef de Rang, since 2019 as Deputy Restaurant Manager and since 2022 as David Breuer's successor as head of the service team.
