5 Sen:ses opened in Karlsruhe

KARLSRUHE. The finalist in the 2022 "Chef of the Year" competition, Mario Aliberti, has started his own business. In July, he opened the restaurant 5 Sen:ses in Karlsruhe. It serves authentic Italian cuisine at lunchtime. The previous restaurant there was an institution for 37 years and Mario Aliberti explains the focus of the lunchtime menu as follows "In the evening, we have a product-orientated cuisine with influences from Italy and Asia, with a fine dining menu and a sharing menu. There is also a small à la carte menu," he says, describing his offer.
