Reopening
New start for KOS Fine Dining in Kiel
KIEL: KOS Fine Dining in Kiel is reopening. The new head chef is Arne Linke, who has already achieved a star at Ahlmanns in Kiel. "Fine dining with a difference, informal, cheeky and always at the flavour limit" is the motto at the newly reopened KOS.
"We always cook at the limit, every flavour is fully exploited, every product is processed in its entirety, which means that you may encounter some ingredients several times. For us, this is sustainability and enables us to use the whole product. We mainly cook with products from the region, always seasonal and of the best quality, with the flavours of the world and a wide variety of cooking techniques," says the restaurant's self-description.
In future, there will be two seatings. At 6 p.m., three snacks, three courses and three sweets will be served for 99 euros. At 8 pm, there will be four or five courses with snacks and sweets for 119 and 139 euros respectively.
There is a special offer every second Saturday between 2 and 6 pm. Cakes, tarts and more are served then. Selected coffee specialities and aperitifs are also served.
