"Arnaud Donckele provided unrivalled culinary moments on this spring evening. His exceptional sauces actually have more in common with perfumes than sauces. Whether hot or cold, classic or innovative, they are complex, subtle, full of flavours and aromas. His cookery challenges the guest to engage intensively with each plate. The dramaturgy, from the canapés to the petit fours, was perfectly orchestrated in a way that I have rarely experienced in a restaurant. The service, led by Alexandre Larvoir, performed like a rehearsed ballet, charming and flawless. This was one of the rare restaurant visits where I awarded the highest marks on OAD for the menu, ambience and service." (Published in August 2024)
