Former head patissier and sous chef at Ox&Klee has taken over event location in Cologne

COLOGNE: Hannes Radeck, the former head patissier and sous chef at the two-star restaurant Ox&Klee, has set up his own business. At the beginning of August, the 32-year-old took over an event location at the Rheinauhafen harbour in Cologne opposite the Chocolate Museum. He offers private dinners and interactive cookery evenings for corporate and private celebrations. There are also cookery courses, workshops, seminars and tastings. The offer will start under the name YourFood, but there will be an update in the course of the year, says Hannes Radeck.

In October, the first pop-up will be added, called "dreisalzig|dreisüß", which is a 6-course menu with three savoury or salty dishes and three sweet dishes. The whole thing is offered as "all - in", i.e. including drinks / water / aperitif / hot drinks. Specific dates will follow.
