Eric Werner in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania

From his two restaurants astrein and AUGUSTIN in Cologne, Eric Werner has set off for Mecklenburg-Vorpommern: he spent four days travelling the Mecklenburg Lake District on a houseboat. Along the beautiful landscape of the Müritz, he met the Müritz fishermen, experienced the various smoking methods of the "Obere Havel" lake fishery, bought organic produce in farm shops and also learnt about the historical significance of the Mirower Schlossinsel castle island over a delicious solyanka. In collaboration with Verlagsanstalt Handwerk, a report worth watching was created, which foodies and travel fans can now marvel at on YouTube .
