Haeberlin family buys hotel in Ribeauvillé

Opening planned for 2027

ILLHAEUSERN: Marc and Isabelle Haerbelin have acquired the Hotel Clos Saint-Vincent in Ribeauvillé. The former Relais & Châteaux hotel is currently closed and located around ten kilometres from Haerbelin's Auberge de l'Ill. The deal is worth 21.5 million euros, according to French media reports. The couple's children, Xavier Müller-Haeberlin, Laetitia Haeberlin and Maxime Müller-Haeberlin, are also involved.
The project includes a complete remodelling of the premises into a 5-star hotel with 33 rooms and suites, equipped with a spa and a restaurant with around one hundred seats. Work is expected to begin next year, with the opening planned for 2027.
